At Criterion we know trucks, tractors, trailers, containers/chassis, and intermodal equipment.
Review and Analysis
We take the extra steps to make sure each claim is handled appropriately. This includes reviewing and analyzing towing and recovery charges, along with any coverage limitations, to determine what is reasonable and what is owed.
Repairs and Total Losses
We will make sure that betterment and depreciation are applied to vehicle repair costs when appropriate. In the event of a total loss, we will thoroughly evaluate the vehicle and its specifications to determine the reasonable market value. And, we partner with national salvage buyers to ensure we see the best return on total losses.
We will verify the ownership of each vehicle, as well as identify any lienholders, to make sure the proper parties are protected.
